Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of this website and of any T20 Exchange ID issued through our panel. In short: you must be 18 or over, you are responsible for your own account and your own decisions, and we are responsible for issuing your ID and moving your money correctly.
Last updated 16 August 2026. Using this site or opening an ID through it means you accept what follows.
1. Who we are
We operate an independent T20 Exchange ID panel. We are an authorised agent that issues accounts and handles deposits and withdrawals. We do not own, operate or control the T20 Exchange platform, its odds, its markets or its bet settlement.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must be legally permitted to place bets where you live. Online betting rules differ between Indian states and change over time. Checking what applies to you is your responsibility, not ours.
- You must open an account for yourself, using your own payment method.
- Accounts opened on behalf of anyone under 18 will be closed and any balance withheld.
3. Your account
- Your T20 Exchange ID is issued to you and is yours alone. Do not share it.
- Change the temporary password you are issued before placing any bets.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by anyone you gave access to.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your credentials have been compromised.
- We may decline to open an account, or close one, without being obliged to give a reason.
4. Deposits
- Minimum deposit is ₹100. The full amount is credited to your betting balance.
- Always take current payment details at the time of depositing. Collection accounts rotate, and we cannot recover money sent to an account we no longer use.
- Always send the payment reference. We cannot credit a payment we cannot identify.
- Deposits are normally credited within a few minutes and can take longer at peak times.
5. Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal is ₹500. We charge nothing to process one.
- Withdrawals are paid to the account you deposited from. Mismatched details will delay payment.
- Money committed to open bets is not withdrawable. Settle or close positions first.
- Your first withdrawal takes longer because verification runs on it.
- We may request identity documents for larger withdrawals. This is standard and not a delaying tactic.
- Submitting duplicate requests slows payment rather than speeding it up.
6. Bets and settlement
Bets are placed on and settled by the T20 Exchange platform against the actual result of the event. Once matched, a bet cannot be cancelled. Once settled, the result stands. We cannot reverse, void or amend a settled bet, and we have no ability to reopen a suspended market.
Market suspension during play, partially matched bets and price movement between selection and confirmation are normal features of exchange betting, not faults. Where a match is abandoned, the platform's own void and settlement rules apply.
7. What we do not offer
- No credit, loans or play-now-pay-later of any kind.
- No tips, predictions or guaranteed outcomes. Anyone selling these is not us.
- No registration fee, monthly rental or withdrawal charge. Nobody acting for us will ever request one.
- No request for your password, a banking OTP, your UPI PIN or card details, at any stage.
8. Prohibited use
You must not use an account for money laundering or any unlawful purpose, open multiple accounts to obtain an advantage, attempt to manipulate markets, or use automated software against the platform. Any of these may result in closure and forfeiture of the balance.
9. Our liability
We are responsible for issuing your T20 Exchange ID correctly, crediting deposits we can identify, and paying withdrawals you are entitled to. We are not responsible for your betting losses, for platform downtime or market suspension, for the accuracy of odds or scores, for connectivity problems on your side, or for losses arising from credentials you shared.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continued use means acceptance. Questions go through the panel — see the contact page.
Terms of use on a T20 Exchange ID panel: the practical reading
The important distinction in these terms is between the panel and the platform. This site is an agent: it opens T20 Exchange accounts, credits deposits and pays withdrawals. The platform runs the markets, prices the odds and settles the bets. Almost every question about what can and cannot be changed after the fact comes down to which side of that line a request falls on.
Where responsibility sits
An agent is accountable for money movement and account issuance. Settled bets, suspended markets and price movement belong to the exchange and are not reversible by anyone at panel level. Understanding that in advance avoids a category of frustration entirely.
The parts worth actually reading
Sections four and five, on deposits and withdrawals. Taking fresh payment details each time, always sending a reference, withdrawing to the account you deposited from, and clearing open bets before requesting a payout prevent essentially every avoidable delay described on this site.
